How are HAHA studios lights produced?
All of our lights are either produced in Sweden or Taiwan through our high-quality, excellent production factories. We focus on small scale production, and we only demand the best craftsmanship. All lights are assembled by hand in our Stockholm studio. We are moving 100% of our output to Sweden to promote more sustainable and local production.
How can I clean your products?
We love metal as a material, and most of our products are either aluminum, steel, or brass. The metal gives the products an elegant yet distinctive quality. It has excellent cleaning properties and is both weather-resistant and durable. A slightly damp cloth is suitable for cleaning. Be careful not to use an excessive amount of water when cleaning any electrical components or lights. Do not scrub with metal brushes.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
What does the shipping cost?
Shipping is free and included on all HAHA products.
Is it possible to customize your lights?
Yes. We can customize all colors — both cable and fixture color. Let us know what you have in mind, and we will be happy to help you. E-mail your request to email@example.com
Can I track my order?
Yes, we only work with respected, reliable shipping companies that use Tracking ID. For orders within the EU, we use DHL, TNT, or UPS, shipments outside the EU are mostly shipped with TNT or UPS. HAHA are not responsible for Customs / Duties and/or Taxes incurred on orders shipped outside of the EU. You will receive a track id number upon your order.
How can I pay?

How do I order?
You add your items to the cart and then check out via our website.
How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?
All of our lights are assembled and packaged by hand according to your order. The lead-time is 3-4 weeks, depending on your order.
Out of stock items?
Out of stock items can be requested upon for price quotes and lead-times. Please e-mail us at email@example.com if you are interested in any out of stock items and we will do our best to assist you.
SHIPPING & RETURN
FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE!
HAHA studio provides free shipping on all items in order to make our beautiful products accessible for the greater mass.
Please note that the estimated shipping time stated on our product page and in the order confirmation may change. If so, you will be informed!
Please inspect your delivered items and e-mail us within 3 days of delivery if anything is damaged or missing. HAHA studio will refund or replace any damaged items. But it is crucial to save the original box to be able to claim any new product. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on how to proceed.
If you are not happy or satisfied with your item, you can return your non-damaged and unused product in the original packing and box within 14 days of arrival. The customer is responsible for all shipping and customs charges associated with the non-damaged product's return. Please contact us at email@example.com for more information on how to proceed.
Order cancellation policy
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, no extra cost will be issued.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the cancellation will have to be treated as a Return. Please look ar our non-damaged return policy as stated above.
All HAHA products are polished, treated, painted assembled, and packaged by hand, and as such, they are subject to variations. Most of our products are made from recycled materials. Every effort is made to ensure minimal color and size variation; however, some variation can be expected, which are not considered manufacturing faults. We work with materials that may change over time, and because of the hand-made human labor that goes into each product, minor changes in color, texture, and finishing may occur.
HAHA studio does not provide a warranty on the products, however, if there are functional issues or if manufacturing faults exist, the product will be replaced if it does fall outside the manufacturing variations as noted above.
