If you regret your purchase, you have 14 days from the confirmation of delivery to make a return.
A return fee of 99 SEK will be charged when you return your order to our warehouse. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

It may take up to 14 days for us to process your return. As soon as we have done so, you will receive a return confirmation by email. Please make sure to keep your return receipt until you have received the confirmation from us.

Making a return

Before sending back your product, please contact us at info@hahastudio.se and include the following information:

• Your name

• Your order number

• The product(s) you wish to return

Our team will get back to you with instructions and a return reference to include with your package.

Please make sure all items are securely packed and send them to the address provided in our response.
The customer is responsible for covering any shipping charges connected to the return.

Refunds

It may take up to 14 days for a return to reach our warehouse. Once we’ve registered your return, you’ll receive a confirmation by email.
If you haven’t heard from us within two weeks, please contact our customer service with your proof of return (for example, your return receipt).

Once your return has been approved, your refund will be issued in the same way you paid for your order.

Return conditions

We refund the full value of the products provided that they are returned in the same condition as when you received them, and in their original, unopened packaging. We do not accept returns of products with broken seals or opened packaging.

Please handle your products with care. 

Your right of withdrawal and return does not apply to products that have been specially ordered, customized, or manufactured according to your specific requirements.
