What happens after I place an order?

Once you place an order in our online store, you will automatically receive an order confirmation.
If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you via email.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the agreement between you and HAHA studio will occur when we send you a confirmation that your lamp(s) have been shipped.


Order cancellations and changes

For cancellations or changes to your order, please email us at info@hahastudio.se.

Products that HAHA studio has already begun to pack, prepare for shipment, or specially produce or customize according to your request cannot be cancelled without cost.

Products that are in stock are processed and packed immediately after your order is placed. Other orders are processed within 24 hours from the time your order is placed. Once your order has entered processing as described above, it can no longer be cancelled without an administrative fee.

If your order has already started being prepared or packed (but not yet shipped), a cancellation fee of 49 SEK will apply.

If your order has already been shipped, the delivery can no longer be cancelled. You may instead return the order in accordance with our return policy once it has been delivered.

If you paid by invoice, we recommend paying it to avoid reminder fees.
If you prefer to pause your payment instead, please contact Klarna, who will assist you with this.


Sales and discounts

All discounts and sales are valid while supplies last.


What happens if the lamp is out of stock?

We work with many handmade and unique lamps in limited quantities.
If a lamp is out of stock, we will restock it as soon as possible.
If you purchase a lamp that is permanently out of stock and it has not yet been removed from the online store, we will contact you and issue a refund immediately.


Does the product look like it does in the picture?

Yes, to the greatest extent possible. Lamps that are handmade or contain handmade components may vary slightly as each piece is unique. 

We always do our utmost to present the products as realistically and accurately as possible on the website, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors and sizes correctly. Product information and pricing are provided with reservations for typographical errors, supplier price changes, stock availability, and any incorrectly stated specifications. Images should be regarded as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to precisely reflect the item’s actual appearance and/or characteristics.


Can minors shop at HAHA Studio?

No, HAHA Studio does not sell to minors without parental consent.

Some of our lamps are one-of-a-kind, and we reserve the right to sell out of these products.

How can I enter my discount code?

Enter your discount code in the field at checkout before completing your purchase, then click “Apply” to see the discount deducted from your total.
